The minimum period for renting is 1 week, weekend breaks or a few days can be arranged but would have an extra cost.
For the deposit an advance payment of 40% is required, balance to be paid 5 weeks prior to arriving. All payment methods are accepted.
On a cancelled booking, if the deposit has been paid then no refund will be given if its less than 4 weeks before start date, alternative option would be to change dates and not lose the deposit. If there can be a booking in place of yours then the deposit will be returned.
